Report the following concerns to the Bethlehem Center

The Bethlehem Center through its investigations, audits, and other initiatives, works to promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness within Bethlehem Center programs and operations and also to prevent and detect fraud, waste, and abuse affecting Bethlehem Center. You can help the Bethlehem Center with its mission by reporting to Tell ERIC/How's My Driving? incidents which fall into one of the following categories.

Accounting, Internal Accounting Controls, and Auditing Matters

Any suspected or known deficiency, fraud, misstatement or deliberate error related to Bethlehem accounting, controls, audits, or financial statements

Computer Crimes

Acts intended to destroy or steal Bethlehem Center property, or any crime involving a Bethlehem Center computer

Discrimination/Harassment/Reprisal

Actions affecting term or condition of employment which are based on age, disability, ethnicity/national origin, gender, marital or pregnancy status, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or voicing concerns

Environmental Crimes

Any suspected or known crime affecting the air, water or land relating to Bethlehem Center programs or operations

Ethics Issues/Employee Misconduct

Any significant suspected or known action by a Bethlehem Center employee in violation of ethics regulations or Bethlehem Center policy

Falsification of Records

Known of suspected deliberate falsification of any Bethlehem Center record

Fraud

Any known or suspected deliberate deception or other illegal act by a Bethlehem Center employee or third party done to secure an unfair or unlawful gain

Terrorism/Sabotage/Safety

Threat to Bethlehem Center operations or safety of Bethlehem Center employees or facilities through terrorism, sabotage, or otherwise

Waste and Abuse

Any known or suspected significant waste of Bethlehem Center funds or abuses of authority by a Bethlehem Center employee

Other

Any other known or suspected crime or significant misconduct which does not fall within any of the above categories
